Cancellation Policy

Redbank House is part of the charity Disabled Living, and income from room hire directly supports the charity’s wider work and services. As a charity, last-minute cancellations have a significant impact on our ability to fund these activities, which is why we must uphold the following cancellation policy:

1–29 days’ notice: Full charge applies
30 days’ notice or more: No charge
